I travelled quite a long distance after work to come and buy three pairs of shoes from Shoe Warehouse. I arrived at 5:20 pm, still with about 40 minutes left before closing time. I was tired from work and the long trip, but when I got there the staff had already locked the door. They said they couldn’t open it because they “didn’t have the remote” and told me to come back another day. Bought hush puppies shoes for my wife from Shoe Warehouse DFO Perth—she wore them only twice and the heel started peeling. When we asked for a return or exchange, staff member Ches rudely accused us of lying, claiming the shoes weren’t worn only twice. Terrible service, very rude, and I’m starting to wonder if they even sell authentic branded shoes—seems like first copies or fakes. Definitely not recommended.

Sales person our bad, dont have much knowledge about the products. Always standing around behind the counter.. called the store 20x and noone answering the phone.. very bad

Ben at the Shoe Warehouse DFO Store is amazing. He shows kindness and patience with all his customers. While I was in the store he assisted many customers with the same generosity and professionalism. He is a credit to your company.

I don’t understand this store. Help yourself service. Two staff members both at the counter and no offer to help with kids shoes or any of the customers in the store. Mothers struggling to fit their child’s shoes at bench. I even had to get my own sizes from the shelves. Strange.
