Excellent customer service and staff. Good shoe selection!
Shoe Station usually provides a friendly shopping experience with a good selection, but what I saw tonight was unacceptable. As I approached the checkout (with no line and a very quiet store), a manager was speaking to an employee in a harsh, degrading tone loud enough for customers to clearly hear. There is no excuse for talking down to someone like that, especially at work and in front of customers.
