was passing by the store and saw a cute dress. stopped by on a whim to look at it and purchased it. got it home and tried it on and it first of all had a hole on the side and was almost see through. when I tried to return my purchased I was then told to look at my receipt and at their sign on the wall that there were exchanges only.
