I visited this location and was greeted by one of the 2 female employees. However, during my brief visit, one of the female employees decided to make rude & crude comments, in reference to transgender people using public restrooms. Which she decided to yell out for me to hear. I'm not sure if that female employee, assumed I was transgender, and decided to throw insults, (which I'm not), but, what if I was??? Staff was very friendly and helpful. Wide selection of work boots and price ranges. I'm definitely going back..
Please don't buy shoe's from Shoe City on Tyler street, such bad customer service,the return's on shoes are so unfair! I try to return my shoe's and the manger which you can barely understand her would not take them back..
