Shoe Carnival I've never been impressed with Shoe Carnival in the first place. But, the staff at this location are RUDE. I asked for an item that was within their grasp (I didn't see it at first) and they said they didn't have it and had never carried it and I should go somewhere else. They wouldn't even let me bring my child into the store!!! I have no reason to shop there again.
