I chose the Headspa on a Sound Bed for my experience and loved every second of it! From the time I walked in, the atmosphere was so welcoming and calm to my soul. April has such a gift and I’m so thankful she chooses to share it with our corner of the world. In this setting, water is the conduit for inspiration as well as gentle release ~ nervous system medicine. I left feeling restored in many ways. I’ll be back for this beautiful treatment again. Thanks for creating it. :)
THIS VISIT was soooo much more than a red light therapy mat for pain & healing. It was informative in ways I never ever expected, healing in more ways than just red light and vibrational frequency, this sweet lady is an true divine healer, truth thru and thru. If your looking to try alternative/holistic health services give Shoals Healing Frequencies a call. Not only does she specialize in this shes also a licensed nurse. I tried the sound bed with PEMF red light therapy and black tourmaline/jade crystals with infrared heat.
