What started as a great car wash has finally fallen from its once elevated status as one of the top 3 car washes in Crestview, to the last one I would use. My wife and I stopped in on Saturday November 9th and the 1st issue was the plain, soap free water in the bug prep stations. Once I got the worker to add some soapy water so we could hit the heavy spots, we opted for the "Ultimate" wash (with military discount) at a cost of $16/ea. I loved taking my car through this car wash but not anymore. I went through the wash like normal but the dryer ripped off my rear wiper and cracked the plastic cover on it. I talked to a worker and it took them forever to get it back and when I asked them will the carwash pay for it they said idk and walked off. I even waited to see if they would come back with an answer but nothing.
Find another car wash. The rails damaged the undercarriage of my car before I could even get into the car wash.. and then the employee refused to give me a refund after no car wash and damage to my vehicle.
DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE !! My brand new 2024 car has been damaged I was told the cameras are not working and was promised for Hr to contact me that’s what was taking so long they claim well it’s been two weeks and nothing has been done ripped the whole side of my panel off my car and they have not yet reached out to me at all!!! I’ve been up there twice and it’s been excuses nothing done at all …
This place has gone downhill, and I won’t be back after my experience on 11 October 2024. During the car wash the brushes on the passenger side ripped off the side view mirror cover off my car. I asked the employees if they could retrieve it, which they did, but it was unfortunately in pieces. The employee was nice and offered to write an incident report and said sorry.
