I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding the care I received from Shniqual Adams. I felt judged from the moment our appointment began, and I am particularly concerned about the manner in which I was spoken to via MyChart and treated in person. During my visit, I learned that I am pregnant and received a pap smear. I am still experiencing physical pain from the procedure. Although I have already communicated this to Shniqual Adams, my comment has remained unaddressed.
Shniqual Adams is such a great person to guide you through your pregnancy journey. This is my 1st baby and she's 7 months now. Ms. Adams answered every question, was funny, personable, and even checked on me in the hospital when I gave birth a few days early. I switched labor locations/doctors about 4 months into my pregnancy but I'm so glad she took over. I highly recommend her. She's truly a godsend! I will forever be thankful of her.
Ms. Adam’s is one of the most irresponsible and negligent practitioners I’ve ever come across in my life. I had an appointment and was told that she was out delivering a baby after I had already arrived at my appointment. I waited for Ms. Adam’s to return. Which she did. When she returned she did not acknowledge me at all. When I requested to be seen, I was told that she would not see me. I was turned away. I didn’t complain.
