Loved the hot tub, sauna and steam room. Felt like I was in a little Zen garden oasis in the middle of downtown.
Terrible customer service, when I called to book an appointment I was put on hold by the spa receptionist while she checked "available dates' for me and then transferred to an answering machine without anyone eve bothering to get back to me. I've have never come across such rude staff in any other Spa!
I visited The Village Shizen Spa for the first time today and was very impressed by the service. Everyone from the receptionist to my massage therapist Wendy and Rita who did my manicure and pedicure were friendly, very professional and did a fantastic job. I've had massages over the years around the world and Wendy definitely gave me one of the best massages I've ever had, with the right amount of pressure and targeting all the issues I had on my body.
