Prompt shipping and delivery interstate, friendly, kind staff and we absolutely love our product. We haven’t been able to find it anywhere else. Super happy with outcome and will be recommending to our friends.

So very happy with the customer service at Shisha Hut and the quality of my product! I live 45 mins drive away so it’s very hard getting out to Liverpool due to work and mum life. I called yesterday afternoon urgently needing a product and Nadine was kind enough to express post this out to me. I received the product at 9am this morning & it is great quality.
