While I very much loved the quality of the products, the woman who works at Shirtini gave me very little attention. She focused solely on another woman who came in the store after me. The shop is very small and has only one dressing room. I was trying on clothes and asked for help on how to tie a belt and she said just tie it like the mannequin and didn’t offer to help. I had the most wonderful experience at Shirtini. I purchased the most beautiful shirt and I am beyond impressed with the quality. The fabric feels luxurious, the craftsmanship is impeccable, and the fit is absolutely perfect. You can truly tell that attention to detail matters here. Was super excited about visiting this store but the customer service was pretty disappointing. I was greeted upon arrival and told about the sale specials. Other than that, it wasn’t the individualized experience I was expecting. Luckily, I had done my own research online and was coming to try on a shirt. I had to ask the sales associate not to package up the display shirt for me I tried on which already had someone else’s make up on it.
