Ordered 2 shirts, they only sent 1. Emailed them for weeks before they finally responded and said they would send a replacement. That replacement never came. The tracking number shows it was never even sent. It has been three months now, still no shirt, no refund, and no response to emails. Awful experience, and terrible customer service
Update: It took a while but Customer Service did get back to me and tried looking into my order. Unfortunately they weren’t able to find my original order but they did give me a refund and let me choose another shirt. I really appreciate their wonderful customer service! DO NOT ORDER from them. I ordered a shirt in January. After the tracking showed up I kept checking on the status and it was still in the same spot and hadn’t moved. After a couple of weeks, I checked again and it still hasn’t moved! I sent an email to customer service asking about my order and they haven’t responded which is why I’m writing this review. My shirt arrived today after about a two day wait…so speedy. The shirt is high quality and the art work is perfect. Daniel Johnston is my favorite artist and am saving up to purchase his jeans!!!this company is first class just like their products!
Ordered a hoodie for my son for Christmas. Arrived quickly but was too large. Requested an exchange and was graciously offered a label to return the original for the exchange. Tracking shows the original order was received by them. Have since been ghosted on the exchange item and now the refund I have repeatedly requested since no hoodie was sent out. Reached out to the BBB who has now sent an inquiry to this business.
