First of all , the lady could not even tell me how she came up with the $235 charge it was going to be just to file with what literally took about 15 mins! Then she needed more forms for something she should have already had and when I went back in to tell her we were going to file with the place we went last year bc they already had everything and we felt more comfortable with them, she was extremely rude and said she had to charge us $20 for her time and that I could not have my forms back bc she had done all the work ....... read more
