This has been the worst experience I have had with a tax service! We own a small business and this is the first year filing we thought we was getting helped,but ended up getting nothing done. We left our paperwork,contact info before the April 15th deadline and the person doing our paperwork knew we needed the extension. He didn't file the extension, contact us (even after leaving voicemails) or touch our paperwork. I have been loyal customer for years, recommending Shirley’s Tax Services and specific accountant to everyone I know, even after moving from Fort Smith. For 2025 year, I submitted my taxes in timely manner. For the record, I have been on leave of absence from work, sick and many doctor appointments. I received one phone call, one voice mail, NO emails or texts. When I called to follow up, she told me she had been calling to get ahold of me. My records do not reflect but one attempt.
