Horrible experience sadly. We read all the reviews and thought she would be trustworthy and get the job done but sadly that was not the case. Handed her our receipts organized and in order in January, was told she would have them done in 2-3 weeks. 3 months later nothing is done and she had no timeline of when it would be done. I absolutely love Nancy. She is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My taxes are more complex than others and so happy I found this business. I highly recommend this business for all your tax returns needs.
Don't waste your time with other places that over charge you because this is the best place to get your taxes done! Shirley's Bookkeeping is very professional, they are kind, answer questions and concerns quickly, as well as being very organized. I am always referring people here because of how great the service is. Highly recommend.
