Everyone here at Shirley Water has been so helpful and friendly to us from day one. We purchased land here in Arbala in Feb. of 2023 and they were the first most welcoming group we’ve dealt with here. We appreciate everyone here that has helped us become established here. Special recognition for Jennifer , she has helped us through the entire process of having a meter installed and billing she has always been prompt and done what she said she would do.

I use to prepay my water bill for the whole year, I have never been late paying my bills. I was super happy to finally be able to pay online. I posted my payment online, and enrolled in autopay. Just a few days later received subject to cutoff account passed due note telling me that they don’t have auto pay and they don’t know who was I paying my bills to. Is this some kind of a joke?! What kind of a company is this?

When professional companies want customers to take action, they send out emails with [ACTION REQUIRED] in all caps and big, bold letters in the subject field. Not Shirley Water Supply Corporation! I was on autopay, so I never worried about not paying my bill on time. Shirley sent out a notice stating that they were switching billing companies. These rural mom-and-pop operations are a nightmare! We get water main break notices from Shirley just about every other month. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised that they had another water main break and, thus, we had no water, during this Texas deep freeze. Shore up your infrastructure, Shirley!!!
