The service was impeccable! The car was immaculate!! The delivery for pickup and drop off was smooth. Zach dropped off the Ferrari on time as scheduled, and was waiting at the airport promptly. Communication was flawless, even though my flights changed several times. The Ferrari performed flawlessly. I will rent from here again, many times!!!

Very unprofessional experience. After requesting a vehicle, I expected a confirmation email, but instead I received a phone call saying the vehicle was available. Zack never followed through with the reservation or provided any meaningful communication afterward. It makes me question how reservations are actually confirmed. Amazing service from Zach and shirlux. He was very detailed/punctual and you can tell he takes very good care of his vehicles and insures that you have a great time in them as well . Very professional and very cool guy would definitely recommend anyone to check him out if your in the Charlotte area and looking for a nice luxurious ride!
