tried to get a free walk-in quote, as is advertised on their website. i went in, waited without being greeted for twenty minutes, even though i could hear a lady working in the back. i called the store twice, heard the phone ring and get ignored in the back. i finally went to the back and called out multiple times. finally the lady came to greet me, but was unable to provide a quote. she instead called her coworker who does that service, who was out of the store without any posted notice, and this second lady was unable to o... read more
