First I want to say, I had to have a bridesmaid dressed taken up and hemmed and they did a great job. However… there was an issue when I came to pick up my dress. I get to the store and it kind of takes her a while to find the dress, which was making me a little nervous. Shirley & Frida are the best seamstresses, willing to take on the toughest of projects. I am a beekeeper and my favorite bee jacket veil had become torn and unusable. Shirley and Frida were not only willing to take on the unusual project, but they succeeded magnificently. I am now back in business in my favorite bee jacket with a new, replacement round veil. Thank you Shirley & Frida!

My dress was altered perfectly and the customer service was unmatched! Due to a storm, they closed the day I was supposed to pick up my dress, but after giving them a call they rushed to the store and were here in 5 minutes! So grateful for them

Called to get a quote and the customer service was absolutely terrible the guy answering the phones was snobby and rude and made me feel judged for asking questions about my dress. Will not be choosing this place.
