Shireen and the group at Cross Country were fantastic including Shane and Robert Cody Jason and Stephanie. Process felt easy and we closed on a loan.
FABULOUS!!!
Made a lot of promises and false statements to get me to use them over other mortgage lenders. Loan fees ended up more than doubling right before scheduled closing, delaying closing by more than 3 weeks and ended up with me just agreeing to the BS extra fees. Other promises showed to be false shortly after closing. Stated a principal curtailment will be made after closing to make up for the wrongful charges. Still have yet to see that.
