I first met hollie in a few years ago. Hollie successfully helped me to quit smoking. I seen Hollie again last week as i knew i needed help, Hollie is the one that worked for me. I was needing help again to overcome heightened anxiety and eating problems aswell as a medication of addiction. AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Thank you so much for the information you provided at the POWER UP workshop on Saturday HB. Although I had learnt alot about meditation before through yoga, guided meditations and podcasts; it was so useful to have all the info presented in a really succinct and step by step way. I went to see Hollie for my night time snacking .. something I've struggled with for over 10 yrs. From the first session It helped me alot. Food was not even on my radar. I go to bed remembering I had no snacks after dinner. Huge for me seeing as it had a become a burden and obsession. Highly highly recommend her ❣️
