Desperately looking for an open clinic on a Friday afternoon, Shire Hearing Center was kind enough to accept me without a booking. With both my ears clogged, I was living inside a silent bubble. Doctor Krystal took care of the problem within minutes. She was very gentle and tentative. She explained the procedure as it went along. What a lovely clinic and team. I am extremely grateful and I highly recommend this clinic.
I was visiting Australia from the UK when a part on one of my hearing aids broke. I went to the local audiology centre where I was staying, Shire Hearing in Cronulla, and received very helpful advice and support from both the reception staff and the Owner/Audiologist, Rachel. Super child-friendly and accommodating! Our daughter gets very anxious with medical appointments, but the team at Shire Hearing Clinic went above and beyond - even coming outside when she didn’t want to go in. Laura built lovely rapport and made the hearing test playful and relaxed, turning what’s usually stressful into a success. Highly recommend for kids!
