I can't thank Krystal Allen at Shire Hearing enough. I had a piece of silicone earplug stuck in my ear, and she was able to fit me in the very same day. She took the time to carefully remove it after others had been unable to help. Krystal was professional, kind, and incredibly skilled throughout the whole process.
