i recently used Mr Shipton for my divorce and the experience i had was very disappointing. I would never recommend him to anyone. He never initiated anything or fought for anything for me. I had to ask him to do everything and he basically just moved the paper. That's not why I hired him. I wanted him to actually stand up for me and help me with my rights.Instead he would tell me to stop calling and emailing as it was going to cost me a lot of money. I called Mr. Shipton asking questions. Instead of explaining he hung up on me. Now he has retired . I have called several times and asking whoever took over his practice to call me and no one ever has. My call has been forwarded to a voicemail. If someone is out of town during the time of my calls I should have been notified
