I love the Ship Shop!!! It's painless. I have returned items. They look up the info and mail it out for me. I am very comfortable letting them wrap and send. The staff are extremely helpful and patient.
The gentleman who works there will go above and beyond for you every time. Solid stuff. He's helped me on a few amazon returns making sure I don't get taken advantage of.
Have been using them for awhile now and super easy to use. They are also very helpful and careful with my packages.
I was having a heck of a time getting something shipped and I was walked through strip by step, with me being too grumbly on the way. She was amazing and I left feeling better.
I don't ship very many packages but when I do I only go to this store. The reason for that is that they are always cheerful and they are always helpful.
