That company is complete garbage. I’ve been asking them about my escrow money for the past two months but they keep ignoring me. Their dispatch team is also very rude and careless. They will force you to drive when you’re trying to rest. Worse company I’ve worked for, and I hope they go out of business very soon

My dispatch was always finding a way limit my income. Sitting from Friday to Monday or going northeast with high tolls and fuel. Those things were done with harsh intent by my dispatcher. They even stiffed me on my exit pay

The transporter that ShipLux arranged to transport my boat brought two trailers that were either not sized for my boat or configured to carry my boat. As a result, the trailer caused over $1,000 dollars of fiberglass damage to my boat. It also delayed the transport and I had to resort to paying a premium to another company to deliver the boat on time. Talk about the nastiest customer service. Also, for a sales rep to text me on my personal line because he couldn’t get his work done and I dumped them, is insane. If you get Sheldon, run, he won’t get your shipment done and drag you along the way. Also, I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism . Better off with another company.
