Talk about the nastiest customer service. Also, for a sales rep to text me on my personal line because he couldn’t get his work done and I dumped them, is insane. If you get Sheldon, run, he won’t get your shipment done and drag you along the way. Also, I’ve never seen such a lack of professionalism . Better off with another company.

Shiplux has some very extreme reviews, from very good to OMG bad. This made me very nervous about using them. After the other two shipping companies I tried to use (Nexus Auto Transport & American Auto Shipping), both failed me BIG time, after they were more than willing to commit to my time line and take my deposit! Samm @ Shiplux reached out to me, made the commitment, took the deposit and the vehicle was delivered the next evening! Kudos!

I trust the negative comments. It's the truth. Why would any driver lie about their experience with a company? They have no reason to. It's not right for the driver to do the work and when pay day comes they have no money. Why should the driver be responsible to pay all the fees associated with the truck? That's the company's bills. Let them pay that. The driver is not working to pay the company's bills. The driver has their own bills to pay. On top of that, they are constantly away from home. I thank God for vindication.
