The older manager who works there is just plain rude and unhelpful. You can’t ask him a simple question without him sounding completely irritated. It honestly comes across like he’s upset he still has to work and can’t afford to retire. The prices are also about 30% higher than any local hardware store, but I understand there’s a premium for the convenience.
I purchased a waterproof phone bag made by Seattle Sports for my 12 day Grand Canyon rafting trip 9/16-27 and the bag broke about day 4. When i returned to Gig Harbor I brought the broken bag and a screen shot of my bank statement with the charge for the bag and the store would not refund my money. It was only $21.75 but they could do nothing because “We don’t have a machine that can refund to the customer”. Wow, the owner (I am assuming) is so rude! My two year old made an honest mistake with stepping on some books that were under the trucks (maybe not putting trucks behind them to tease her up there?) and he was extremely rude. I profusely apologized and he continued being rude and just mean about it. He made sure we will never be back. We had our eye on quite a few things to buy too… his loss. I would never want to support a company that treats people like that. (No books were actually harmed in the making of this review.)

Wow! If you’re a boater, this is your store. If you like the water, this is your store. Come in and check it out. You will not be disappointed. Just when you think you are done, there is another building.
