Let me first start out by saying finding Chris Langley was a life saver! When it comes to home ownership, an HOA or Association of Home Owners in my opinion is nothing more than a Mafia extorting "protection" from everyone in the neighborhood. How can this be a group of home owners when all these associations do is try to extort money from hard working people. I personally had a situation that would shock most people.
