Best customer service we ever met: I bought my son a Shinola watch with a metal band (He loved it!). After a year of use he lost a small link. We contacted the customer service with no expectations and to our big surprise they suggested to send us free of charge few replacement links (after searching up for them in their warehouse). Wow!
My husband has purchased so many products for me from Shinola and he recently purchased the coin edge locket which was a huge disappointment when it arrived. I contacted customer service on the site to try to exchange and they weren’t willing to help at all. “Tess” just repeated the same response over and over and then told me that they could swap out m chain for a longer one if I agreed to pay $2 per inch. Do not spent a dime on this watches, I bought a watch at Nordstrom Rack for about $300 with a 50% off, I went on vacation, jumped in a pool that was 6' deep and that was the end of the watch. I guess for a watch of that cost I expected a little bit too much. The company considered 6' deep in a pool scuba diving. You are better off buying a watch at the Mart.

Hi Valentin. Our watches are water resistant to either 5, 10, or 20 ATM depending on the model. A 6 foot swimming pool should not be problematic and if your watch stopped in that depth of water, please accept our apologies. Our watches are covered by a limited lifetime warranty.
