I just visited your store with the intention of buying more product and having a watch serviced. I attempted to get the watch serviced first and was informed that Shinola no longer “lifetime” warrants product, but “limited lifetime” warrants them and there is a $25 service fee. The fact that you changed a policy after the fact on a purchase is ridiculous. Not only did I skip the service I skipped buying more product. I love the made in Detroit, love the store but the watch my gf bought for me hasn’t worked since I got it except for a very short time. Her and her brother took it back in to get fixed but it worked for a min and then stopped again. I have no receipt so I have an awesome expensive watch that I can’t wear!
