I purchased a defective laptop bag from the North Park Mall in Dallas, Texas about 2 months ago. Frustrated, I called the store and asked to speak to a manager. Shinola customer service is just terrible! They make high end watches without various band sizes to fit average size men. Then they refuse to do anything about it but suggest customer purchase a band from somewhere else. I will buy a watch from someone else from now on.
Visited the Canfield store today to have my wives and my watch batteries replaced. by the time we walked around the corner and sat down at Alley Taco we were text that they were ready to pick up. picked them up and only was charged for one. as usual, great customer service.
If you're lucky enough to visit one of Shinola's retail locations, you will immediately understand the appeal. It's a true pleasure to see an iconic American brand honored with such high quality offerings. My only request is that they bring back the shoe polish!
Crap. Can't place an order on the UK Website in over 4 weeks because it doesn't allow anything to be added to the shopping bag. Called buy no one bothers answering the phone. Sent email and no one bothers replying. Even emailed the CEO and even he can't be bothered to reply. Shocking and incompetent badly run company.
Took a friend to Mario’s for his birthday lunch, and around the corner for a birthday watch. We both went home with watches! Awesome day!!

Just bought the Runwell Automatic, Blue enamel face. Its a beautiful watch, great movement. Had to buy the metal bracelet too. I LOVE IT!
