My husband purchased my first Shinola watch for my graduation in May. After a few weeks of having my watch, it kept stopping and the date was not changing. I spoke with customer service and sent it in, once I got it back it has worked ever since. Now after 5 months of wearing it the gold on the band is scuffed and completely scratched. It is such a bummer! The watch was not cheap and I’m bummed there have been a couple issues with such a nice watch.

I have made several purchases from Shinola and I am so very happy with every single purchase! But today I walked into your Grand Rapids store and Pixie Dust hit me smack in the face! There in all it’s magical beauty was this Mickey Mouse “Steamboat Willie” backpack! Well being a Disney travel agent, I just had to have it! It has so many perfectly appointed compartments and is perfect for work and for travel! It is absolutely brilliantly made! I can’t wait to show this beauty off in Disney World! I bought 5 single scoops and a double scoop of ice cream and they charged me $55, I insisted they were 6 ice creams but the 2 girls at the counter couldn’t do a simple math, really bad experience

As a Detroiter I had my eye on their watches for a while. After enough hinting my wife got me one for my birthday. I love it and wear it proudly all the time. During vacation I fell off a Bird scooter and unfortunately scratched the casing. I took it in to the Canfield Street store in Detroit. Very pleasing store with friendly and helpful staff. While I got a coffee in their cafe, they were able to fix it back to pristine condition. Love Shinola and will be a faithful customer.
