Ive had the watch for a few years now and i love it. Ive had to replace the strap, and ordered the wrong one - no problem, customer service could not have been more accommodating and pleasant to deal with. I just recently broke the stem, sent it back to Detroit, and a week later it’s back on my wrist. No repair or shipping charge. I am a truly happy customer and highly recommend these watches.

I cannot say enough great things about this company's customer service: prompt and friendly, they went above and beyond to help me replace my Runwell Planner (which is also the best planner I've ever had). I love supporting such a great local Michigan business!
Make some good products but awful customer service. Dropped my watch off for battery replacement at noon today and was told it would be 30 minutes and they would text me when it’s done. Called at 4:30 because I never heard anything and was told it was done about 15 minutes ago and that I could pick it up. Showed up at 4:40 and they couldn’t find the watch. When they finally did about 15 minutes later I was told it would be ready in 5-10 minutes which means that nothing was done to it at this point. I get mistakes happen but ... read more
