I was extremely overwhelmed when I was told that my little one has torticollis. After several failed attempts to get an initial appointment with a physical therapist, we were told multiple times that our baby has to be on the waitlist from various providers. We brought our son to Shining Star Physical Therapy when he was 6 weeks old. He was diagnosed with left-sided torticollis and facial asymmetry. As new parents, we were overwhelmed and struggled to find a physical therapist that could evaluate our son as soon as possible.
