Esther Gambrell, of Shining Star Studio's, doesn't just come and take a head shot (although that was the objective), she comes and gets to know you first. I believe that once she knew more about me and who I was, the more she knew what "kind" of shot would express just that. She didn't just come and meet me, she met our company and genuinely wanted to know who we were. WOW! Talk about professionalism. You call to set an appointment and Esther at Shining Star Studios blows you away with questions and support you never thought were needed for a picture but her process ultimately helped to obtain the best photos possible. Before a time is even set, you feel like you're with a Hollywood Star Professional ready to put you on the cover of Vogue. When you arrive you are great and made as comfortable as family. Esther is an absolute pro. She knows how to walk a client through the headshot process --- and make it fun rather than awkward. I am so happy with the results. I can't recommend Shining Star Studios more highly.
