Vivien Kim was very helpful, taking her time to resolve my issue despite being near closing time.
Very disappointed with the customer service at the North York branch. Staff was rude, dismissive, and even used inappropriate language.
They don't always prepare money for ATM. I was rejected every time I withdrew. the worst service.
