Very disappointed with the customer service at the North York branch. Staff was rude, dismissive, and even used inappropriate language.
My experience at Shinhan bank was amazing thanks to Eun Yeong Cho (조은영 과장님). Thank you!

The worst experience ever! Stay away from this “bank”!
It's close from the station and the waiting time there was quite reasonable :D depends on the time tho when I was there I think I saw a little more than 8 staffs serving each clients at the same time ;) not much waiting
