Very nice people BUT! They made me an appointment and when I showed up on the date of the reminder card they gave me... they said..no your appointment is in a week. Well I live a healthy distance away from their faculty.... so they wasted my time and my gas. No compensation ~ nothing !!! But if you don't show up for the appointment they CHARGE YOU! Happened also to my 87 year old Mother too! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE LACK OF RESPECT THERE!?!
Best Dental Ever
It took 4 months to get a dental appointment. During the 4 months of waiting I received intermittent harassing phone calls from their automated dialer. After I drove 2 hours to get to Shingle Springs, I was turned away for being 10 minutes late. I brought my Native card to show them but the manager didn't care he said they accept everybody. My family and I will go to Chapa De in Auburn instead. 1 star
I love this place! Everyone has been super friendly in medical, dental, and chiro! Absolutely recommend this place
I told vonna the dosage of medicine i needed, which is 1,000 mg keppra so instead of giving me that, she prescribes me 500mg so i have to take twice as much, refill twice as often, and dont forget she knows i cant drive and how difficult it is to refill my medication. Horrible service im so disappointed. Now i have to keep going to the hospital for my refills and they said “thats ok”. Didnt correct my dosage or anything. Horrible place!!!
