Hopefully, this is just a short-term hiccup. Maybe Karla, the representative I dealt with, was having a few bad days for several weeks in a row. Maybe Karla is not a people person and simply not as customer service oriented as one would expect. I went through with it anyway, paid an initial payment and scheduled a little work to be done. Very happy with the results of my Lipo-Papada surgery, which took place in less than a week. The doctor and staff were very kind and professional. I 100% recommend coming and making an appointment with true professionals.
