Stephanie’s Shine Wellness Studio has given me strength, energy, and hope for meeting the demands that come as a busy mom of 5. With her coaching me for the past 2 1/2 years, I have made so much positive progress not only physically, but also in my spiritual walk as well. You’ll love working with her-don’t wait to get moving toward a wellness that shines from the inside out!
Shine Wellness Studio has been a wonderful place to connect with other women who are studying the word, working out for best health, and finding encouragement in nutrition and lifestyle. Stephanie is trained in Thermography and several other screening tools. She offers sculpt classes as well as yoga - two of my favorites! She will meet one-on-one for coaching as well. I love Stephanie and Shine Wellness Studio. Stephanie has been so helpful in my health journey these last few years. I go to her Holy Yoga/Flow class twice a week. I love how she brings in scripture and prays over us in class. The community she is building is so uplifting and encouraging. She has given me a wealth of information in talks she has given, speakers she has brought in and testing she has done. And once a month she has a praise & worship night with music, prayer, journaling and more. What a blessing she has been!
