Went to Shine On at the cargo district today for the first time. It was phenomenal. Austin is super personable and makes sure your preferneces and needs are met. I went to work out some knots as well as for relaxation. He has the strongest hands with the most gentle touch I've ever had in a massage. I treated myself to a fantastic birthday present thanks to him and the Shine On team. GREAT JOB!

I used the detox den at this location a few weeks ago for an hour long session and I don’t think I could recommend this more. I am an avid runner and my legs felt the best they have all year after spending an hour rotating between the sauna and cold plunge.
