Did install mine properly roller shade is falling of my ceiling. I called several times, doesn’t respond right , until I emailed him 3 times. He finally contacted me and said he was coming after a skiiing trip and would not schedule on a business day. Wasn’t able to confirm an exact time of when he would arrive. I only had 2 of rollers done by him and the service very poor. I’m absolutely disgusted. I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Shine-A-Blind. If I was to say anything negative is that Shine-A-Blind is not in our area, so I had to drive 2 hours to drop them off. They were so very accommodating, punctual, professional not to mention they responded to emails or phone calls promptly. Very happy that they stuck with the quoted prices even though my blinds where filthy. But now my blinds are thoroughly cleaned and looking fabulous!

We had our blinds cleaned by Rob and couldn’t be happier. The service was outstanding and the blinds look like they’re brand new again. Highly recommend!
Once again Denis has brightened up the rooms with his efficient service. I enjoy his gentle personality and it is a pleasure to have him take care of all my blinds. Excellent service as always and will continue to have Denis clean my blinds on a yearly basis.
