Wow. The amount of knowledge and customer focus these employees have is amazing. One family supporting another family to create memories in your home. The moment you walk in there, you can truly feel just that!
The owner/ manager/ business are NOT customer oriented. Buyer beware. The couch we ordered is not the couch we received. The one we received is so small, it feels like you are getting pushed off and our legs hang over the cushions. We were willing to take the floor model, that we really liked in exchange for the one we received, but they refused, even though we only had it 2 days and it still has thd tags on.
