Booked cut and color with Jocelyn. Was late didn't get the color just the cut, I got hit by a truck on mu motorcycle so transportation was late, thus I was. Got the cut, pd $40+ and booked bleach and color. Pd. $230 for bleached and colored strands. Two washes later, I'm being called Chuckie. When I sent the photos, this was the response from Jocelyn: Hello, shampoo and conditioner are not the only contributing factors with fading , many things can and will cause fading.
