I have been to several different places for eyelashes but Rachel is the only one that ever takes the time to do them right! I've been going to see Rachel for quite a few years now and can tell you that she is the best and most consistent when it comes to making your lashes look beautiful I would never go anywhere else. If you want your lashes, waxing, facials done right come to shimmer.
