this may be more of an issue with the dispatching or with Securetransport, but i was supposed to get a ride to the pharmacy- doctors orders, cause i was coming out of an operation. ive been thru this multiple times; either the driver takes off during the appt - which goes against the medical facilities' policy. but then when i get the ride back home, he refused to take me to the pharmacy. which is a standard mandatory trip after leaving a dental operation.
