I was calling all printing services in my area to compare prices for a project. The guy on the phone was EXTREMELY rude. I was being friendly, he said he didn't give price quotes for projects over the phone. So then I asked "ok well can I ask a simpler question? how much is one color page?" He yelled at me that he doesn't quote prices over the phone. I would have completely understood their policy but there was no need to yell at me.
