I like getting paid after I complete my shift. With this app it could take up to 3-4 days before the facility acknowledges that you completed a shift.
Instead of refunding me just my lunch breaks that were taken out without my knowledge. To fix it, theyre withdrawing 130.00 out of account and I will be "re paid". It's how their system "works". They will be sued
I recently worked at a nursing home in Lancaster, PA and was never payed for the shift. It was a double shift from 11 pm to 7 AM into 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Both shifts were premium rates for President's Day. They paid me for the night shift but not the day shift? I clocked in and had my nurse supervisor sign my phone out when the shift ended. Payment system needs to be revised. Having only ability to email and reach out to agents gets no resolution. Us nurses work very hard and rely on our instant payout. I have been waiting for pay from 31st. No payment nor updates are available when you call and agents have no access to anything but to make a million cases. And you are repeatedly told 48-72hrs.
