Shit has helped me 3 times. Balance, Left knee & Right Knee after replacement surgery. Matt was my therapist all 3 times. I highly recommend Shift to anyone that needs PT.
These guys are all so good at what they do! I went through a full round of PT then a full round of OT before graduating and moving on to RSF next door, where I continue to work on my strength and fitness. Two thumbs up!!
Great staff. They really seemed to care and certainly helped me with my problems.
Matt Owen’s was sensitive and kind and encouraging while helping me with a hip restriction. I felt better after each visit.
