Shift Therapy is absolutely wonderful! The staff is knowledgeable but they are also so kind. They truly have your best interests at heart. You are not just a patient but also a friend. I highly recommend them if you need therapy!
I took occupational therapy with Therapist Deron Bellcase and it was a great experience to have one on one therapy. When I finished the therapy, I am in better shap and have better balance and stimina.
My primary therapist was Emily!!! She was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. I still utilize some of the techniques and exercises she showed me and i am feeling young and dynamic at 60 years old!!!
I am an active 68 year old but have dealt with chronic neck and shoulder pain that eventually was felt in my jaw. My dentist referred me to Shift. Thanks to the Shift team I am now pain free! I had become so accustomed to having a stiff neck and pain in my shoulders and had accepted that it was something I'd have to live with.
