Very nice shop with friendly staff. I dropped my son's Lectric bike off for warranty work covered by Lectric. I told them when I dropped it off that I was aware of the pads needing replaced and had the parts at home. To my surprise when I picked the bike up they had replaced the brake pads without my consent and charged me nearly $90 for parts and labor. I get it, they don't make money off of warranty work and they're a small business. I didn't argue the charges because it needed done but I was a bit upset that they did work... read more
