Shift was my first experience with acupuncture. I was having a lot of pain from tennis elbow. I experienced immediate relief after the first treatment. I began my treatment with lots of skepticism. Should I experience pain in the future, I will definitely return to Shift. The staff is friendly and Dr. Brittany is so knowledgeable. I knew immediately that I was in good hands. I can't thank them all enough for the relief I've experienced.

I have gotten some of the best relief from Dr. Antoine! The sound bed they have is amazing! I can lay on it for 30 min and it feels like I took an hour or longer nap. I’ve never seen any treatment like it but the affects after speak for themselves!
