I highly recommend this acupuncture clinic! They helped me tremendously with healing from Bell’s palsy, and I’m so grateful for the care and attention they gave me throughout the process. Everyone there was extremely kind, welcoming, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality from the moment I walked in. They made me feel comfortable, cared for, and supported every step of the way. I went in due to a car accident I had two years ago, which resulted in a herniated disc in my neck. I had tried physical therapy and steroid injections, but they didn’t provide any relief. A friend recommended acupuncture therapy, so I decided to give it a shot. After four sessions, I finally felt like my old self again—no more neck pain and no more shoulder pain. Dr. Brittny was incredibly helpful and guided me throughout the process. If my pain ever returns, I’ll definitely come back. Exceptional service!
Shift was my first experience with acupuncture. I was having a lot of pain from tennis elbow. I experienced immediate relief after the first treatment. I began my treatment with lots of skepticism. Should I experience pain in the future, I will definitely return to Shift. The staff is friendly and Dr. Brittany is so knowledgeable. I knew immediately that I was in good hands.
