Staff are so rude. They do not care about consumer rights. I came for a refund for a suit I had purchased within 7 days but they did not give me a refund & the staff are not polite at all. I wouldn’t recommend this shop.
Have already placed an official complaint as well. I have brought 3 dress last Thursday from Birmingham store, one of them was a gift and the dress was too long for her, unfortunately my baby had lost the receipt but the dress has all the labels and bags and I do have other 2 dresses as well. I paid by cash & needed to exchange the dress contact the store couple of times. They kept saying find the receipt well, if i had it why would i bother calling. Packed shop hardly any space to walk wouldn’t recommend the shop staff are rude also
