WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. THE MANAGER IN THE BIRMINGHAM SHOP IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND NEEDS TO BE SACKED. I’M SURPRISED THEY HAVEN’T GOT RID OF HER ALREADY.
