Rude and stuck up staff… need customer service skills or a new job!!!
Shifonz have some nice elegant pieces, would highly recommend. Soraya was approachable and helpful. Shifonz customer service was very polite, not like some of the other shops on Stratford Road, where they are rude, with poor skills on service. Shifonz had a good sale on some gorgeous pieces, including bridal wear.
Amazing experience and very happy with the ladies. Good shop for tall ladies. Naila and Javeria were exceptional. Their kindness definitely agreed the sale and we will be back for sure. Thank you

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. THE MANAGER IN THE BIRMINGHAM SHOP IS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND NEEDS TO BE SACKED. I’M SURPRISED THEY HAVEN’T GOT RID OF HER ALREADY.
